As a cycling instructor you have to be prepared for everything! Here is what I carry in my bag on a daily basis…minus the essential coffee and snacks!

Clothing for Winter
High Vis – Orange instructors
High Vis – x 10 for riders
Tools
Spare tubes all sizes
ID, paperwork and writing materials
First aid kit
Lock
Lights
Spares
…and anything the pupils need me to carry!
